A Yoga class designed to target, lengthen and strengthen muscles needed for dancers and athletes. Students will learn calming breath techniques to optimize focus and movement. All levels welcome. No dance experience  or additional dance classes required.

Attire: Comfortable Clothing (leggings, joggers, tank top or t-shirt)

Footwear: No shoes, socks or barefoot

Additional Needs – Yoga Mat and 2 Yoga Blocks

*helpful items but not necessary include Yoga strap, small blanket or towel.
