SUMMARY:Summer '21 Youth Dance Intensives (8-17 yrs)
DESCRIPTION:This summer Dancing with RKDC is offering two dance intensives for students ages 8-17yrs. Each 3-day intensive focuses on core fundamentals of technique in various styles of dance and movement. Students will take classes in ballet\, jazz\, hip hop\, contemporary and more. Space is limited. All levels are welcome. Some dance experience is recommended. \nIntensive #1 JULY \nJuly 30 – August 1\, 9:30a – 2:00p \nLocation: Torrance Cultural Arts Center (3303 Civic Center Dr. N.\, Torrance\, CA 90503) \nIntensive #2 AUGUST \nAugust 20 – 22\, 9:30a – 2:00p \nLocation: Torrance Cultural Arts Center (3303 Civic Center Dr. N.\, Torrance\, CA 90503) \nWhen enrolling\, please select the correct ticket. \nFor Each Event Students Will Need \n\nPacked Lunch\nWater\nYoga Mat\nleotard & leggings/tights is needed for ballet. Students may bring t-shirt/tank top and joggers for other classes.\nAll dance shoes you own (ballet\, jazz\, lyrical\, sneakers)\nHair neatly up in a bun or ponytail or clipped back (short hair)\n\nPlease Note: Check-In will be 9:15a – 9:30a. Parents will not be allowed into the building. Please drop your dancer off at the entrance to the building. All participants will be required to submit a waiver prior to the event.
