The Teen Track is designed for dancers aged 12-17 who are excited to explore the diverse world of dance at an intermediate to advanced level. Under the guidance of the RKDC Company Dancers and Artistic Director Regina Klenjoski, participants will delve into an array of dance styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Improv, Floorwork, and Hip Hop. This program is a unique opportunity to not only refine technique across these genres but also to engage in the creative process of new work creation.

Each day begins with dance conditioning and somatics to prepare the body, followed by technique classes that focus on skill development and artistic expression. The afternoon is dedicated to applying what has been learned through the creation of new work, fostering a sense of innovation and collaboration among participants.

In addition to the physical practice, the program includes educational discussions, enriching the dancers’ understanding of the art form beyond the studio. The carefully structured schedule is crafted to challenge and inspire young dancers, encouraging growth in both their technical abilities and creative potential.

This Teen Track is an invitation to dancers who are eager to push their boundaries, expand their skill set, and explore their artistic voice in a professional and supportive environment.
